Hidden inside the old Rainbo Bread factory on West Sixth is an important part of the forward thinking direction that Lexington is embracing. We toured FoodChain during West Sixth’s Oktoberfest celebration and it was so informative and fun that we arranged a tour for our friends and family.

Aquaponics and sustainable farming are critical to our future and Becca and the crew at FoodChain are doing their best to educate the public about some viable possibilities. Lexington is fortunate they set up shop here!
